If the total price of the product on a customer order exceeds $ 40, and we can ship the order in one shipment, we will absorb the
cost of the initial shipment of the customer's order. (Please note: The cost of shipping and tax does not enter into the $ 40
calculation.) This offer applies to Ground shipping only.
(Please note: Since C&B product and Jeans product, for example, and other product can drop ship from multiple ship points, this
offer does not apply to the aggregation of two or more different ship-point orders. This offer applies to shipping over $ 40 worth
of product from a single ship point.)
If the customer returns a portion of this order, causing the total product price on the order to go below $ 40, we will rescind the
offer to absorb freight cost. We reserve the right to make the appropriate adjustments on the return, or to levy a charge against
the customer's credit card, as necessary.
In the case of off-price goods, we will pay the cost of freight on orders that exceed $ 100 (exclusive of tax and freight charges).
This offer does not extend to paying for the cost of return shipment, in the event of a return.
