We believe that one of our most important obligations as a business is to protect our Customers' private information, and to use that information only
in the course of filling orders and striving to maximize customer satisfaction.
We will update this policy from time to time as changes take place in the commercial environment and as our business practices dictate.
We welcome any serious input from our Customers on how we can better protect their privacy, and we will update our policy based on this input
when we deem it appropriate.
The following are our specific Privacy Policy provisions:
Customer Review of Privacy Policy
By using and/or visiting our Site, navajoapparel.com, Customer agrees to read and understand the Terms and Conditions of this Privacy Policy, and
the Terms and Conditions of all of our Partners' Privacy Policies.
Consumer Contact & Information Acquisition
We sell Navajo Jeans products directly to consumers (retail Customers) exclusively through our retail websites.
We also sell products at the wholesale level to select specialty stores throughout the U.S. and on the Navajo Nation.
Our contact with retail Customers through our retail channel websites is voluntarily initiated by our Customers. In the process of responding to order
requests, we solicit product and shipping instructions, Customer identification and contact data, and credit card information.
On some orders, our retail Customers initiate requests for additional services from our Customer Service department. In this case, we may acquire
additional information as necessary to satisfy our retail Customer's needs.
We may receive voluntary e-mail or phone inquiries from visitors to our site (who are not purchasing goods). In this case, we may seek certain
visitor identification and contact information in the process of responding to an inquiry.
Finally, our wholesale customers (stores) may refer an inquiry to us from one of their (consumer) Customers. We handle these inquiries in the same
way we handle retail Customer or site visitor inquiries, and we will seek only that information necessary to respond to the inquiry.
Use of Customer Information
We use Customer information to fill orders, provide customer service, and answer inquiries.
In order to meet these objectives, we must necessarily share certain information with our partners, principally order and shipping detail. As a rule, we
do not share credit card information with our product suppliers and shippers.
We do aggregate Customer demand information for the purpose of conducting business analysis on a continuous basis. These analyses relate
principally to the relationship between our product offering and product demand, and specific Customer identity becomes obscured initially in the
process. We use the results of these analyses to drive future product offering decisions. We share the results of these analyses with our partners, but
we do not share specific customer identification or information in conjunction with the analyses.
